4 hotels open in Georgia

Even Hotels, Hampton by Hilton, SureStay Hotel by Best Western and Fairfield by Marriott have added new locations in Georgia recently.

IHG’s Even Hotels opened its first Georgia location, the Even Hotel Alpharetta – Avalon Area. Owned by Miami-based Epelboim Development Group and operated by IHG, the hotel includes 132 guestrooms, a fast-casual restaurant, a 24-hour marketplace, a full-service bar and 1,440 square feet of meeting and event space. This location marks the brand’s 13th to market, with 24 more in its pipeline globally.

Tthe 186-room Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Atlanta Midtown is open for business. The hotel is located near the Museum of Design Atlanta, SCAD Atlanta and the Woodruff Art Center and features a 20th-floor lobby with an indoor/outdoor rooftop bar and lounge area with skyline views of midtown Atlanta. North Point Hospitality owns and developed the hotel.

The 76-room Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Locust Grove I-75 South opened in late January. The hotel, located roughly 35 miles southeast of Atlanta, features an outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor patio, a fitness center and a meeting room. Forsyth Hospitality owns and operates the hotel.

The 34-room SureStay Hotel by Best Western Calhoun South opened in northwestern Georgia. The property is located a short drive from the Resaca Battlefield Historic Site, Calhoun Outlet Marketplace and many dining options. Nearby companies and businesses include Shaw Industries, Mohawk Industries and EVCO Plastics. Kirtan Patel owns the hotel.
