Pacific Gateway Hotel, Vancouver Airport Sold

VANCOUVER — PHI Hotel Group has acquired a majority interest in the Pacific Gateway Hotel, Vancouver Airport from Van-Air Holdings.

The seven-acre, full-service property features 382 rooms, 25,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, a 158-slip marina located on a nearly five-acre waterlot on the Fraser River and an array of dining and recreational facilities.

“We’re very excited about adding the Pacific Gateway Hotel to our portfolio,” says Sukhi Rai, president of PHI Hotel Group. “Our focus as a company has been on growing our footprint within the Vancouver market. We have renewed investment plans, in addition to future development on the excess lands”
