Avani plans next Vietnam resort

Avani Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement with TTC Hospitality in Vietnam to open the Avani Doc Let Resort in Nha Trang, Vietnam, in mid-2020.

The project reportedly is in the “final stages of development” along Doc Let Beach.

The 35-acre beachfront development, designed by HAIA Architects, will have 273 guestrooms and suites. Public spaces will include the AvaniSpa, an all-day dining restaurant, a gym and a beach club. The resort also will have 1,000 square meters of social events and meetings space.

Beyond the on-site attractions, the resort will have direct access to a 61,000-square-meter Doc Let Water Park as well as a newly developed entertainment complex next to the property. Both are slated to open in fourth-quarter 2020.
Javier Pardo, VP/operations for Avani Hotels & Resorts, noted, “This untouched part of Vietnam not only introduces our guests to a new hidden treasure, but it also offers a range of new travel experiences [that] fits perfectly with [the] Avani brand.”
Avani currently operates 27 hotels, resorts and residences in 16 countries, including two in Vietnam. The brand recently launched in the Republic of Korea, Cambodia and Laos and has more than 20 new hotels in the pipeline.
