INTELITY®, provider of the broadest enterprise guest engagement and staff management platform for hospitality, is pleased to announce it now powers The DAYTONA’s mobile app and in-room tablets, giving guests access to hotel amenities and services on demand.

The DAYTONA is located adjacent to the Daytona International Speedway and anchors ONE DAYTONA, the brand new retail, dining, and entertainment district. The hotel pays homage to Daytona’s rich racing history and features a second-floor lobby area known as “The Grid” that showcases a year-round display of vintage race cars that are known for their historical, technical, and aesthetic background.

Guests have access to INTELITY’s in-room tablets, which function as a digital compendium and give guests the ability to place service requests, communicate with staff, make dining reservations at a range of on-property restaurants, place in-room dining orders, access detailed information about the hotel and the local area, and much more. The property also features a branded mobile app, powered by INTELITY, that allows guests to engage with the hotel and its amenities and communicate with staff from anywhere via SMS messaging.

Operations teams now use INTELITY’s back-office dashboard to manage daily workflows and streamline overall efficiency. With the dashboard, operations teams can track, organize, and manage guest requests, daily tasks, housekeeping progress, preventative maintenance, and much more. The INTELITY platform enables a frictionless flow of information and data about property-level activity across multiple channels through its integration with The DAYTONA’s property management system (PMS), Opera.
