The property also features a branded mobile app, powered by INTELITY, that allows guests to engage with the hotel and its amenities and communicate with staff from anywhere via SMS messaging.
Operations teams now use INTELITY’s back-office dashboard to manage daily workflows and streamline overall efficiency. With the dashboard, operations teams can track, organize, and manage guest requests, daily tasks, housekeeping progress, preventative maintenance, and much more.
