Radisson plans serviced-apartment complex in Cyprus

Just days after IHG signed a deal to open a Hotel Indigo in Lanarca, a city along the south coast of Cyprus, Radisson Hotel Group is set to open the Radisson Blu Serviced Apartments, Larnaca, a first for the country and the chain’s third property in the city.

The serviced-apartment complex was signed as part of a master development agreement with Sunnyseeker Hotels and Quality Group.

The property will have 59 units, including one- and two-bedroom apartments and studios. The ground floor will host a cafeteria serving meals and snacks, while the rooftop will have a lounge. Leisure facilities will include a gym, spa and swimming pool as well as 100 square meters of meeting and event space. The property will be close to the existing Radisson Blu Hotel, Larnaca and within walking distance of the main harbor.
